Shipping

Shipping Information

Local pick-up available in Dekalb County. 

To make certain your items are delivered and recieved in the time that we provide, double check your address is put in correctly. an contain all the correct information such as apartment numbers etc. Please do not abbreviate any information. We are not responsible for any mistake with incorrect address, as well as lost or misplaced items. Orders placed on Monday Tuesday,Wednesday  and Thursday will be shipped the next day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday be Shipped on Monday.

Please note that there maybe shipping delays due to uncontrollable and or unforeseen circumstances, for example weather conditions.

Arrival dates do not include processing time. Processing Time can be 1-2 todays. Arrival time does include transit time for your order.

After your payment has been authorized, processing time can take up to 2 days, which doesn't include Sundays and Holidays.

​

When your order has been place successfuly you will receive an email. Once your order has been shipped you will you will receive an email with your tracking information.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at holmesinfo@sheoloveboutique.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

All order are shipped through United States Postal Service.

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Returns

How to Return  

​

If you would like to return an item for any reason it must be down with in 30 days. All items must not be worn, washed, items must be unused and in its original condition, Returns must be returned with original tags attached and in it original packaging. 

​

All returns are only refunded as a store credit. Returns are processed in 4-7 business days, once the items has arrived back to us.

​

Gift card purchases are not re-fundable.

​

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

​

If you receive a item damaged or incorrect please email us at holmesinfo@shoeloveboutique.com as soon as possible, with picture or pictures of the item. Damaged or Incorrect items must be reported within a week. Damaged items can be exchanged or store credit.

Incorrect items can be returned and we will send the correct item back to you.

Final Sale Items  

 

Items such as lip gloss, jewelry, underwear, beauty products or bathing suites can not be returned.

​

Final sale items can not be returned or exchanged.
